Couple pics of my ongoing project. Got the new 5.7 hemi and 545RFE tranny installed, using the AEV kit I bought from Brain.

Got it all done with everything put back together. I'm really happy with the way it turned out. I know I could not have pulled this off with out the kit from AEV. With the kit and a JK factory service manual I think just about anybody could pull this off. The hardest part for the diy'er is pulling the body off. As always though where there is a will there is a way.

Last shot just shows the little bit of droop in the front. I put the 2" OME hd lift on before the motor swap

It's nice to know that everything was a clean install.
It looks great. And I'm sure it sounds and performs awesome.
Jeep needs to have this as a factory option.
